Win Gardner worked for Mobil Oil Corporation and, later, ExxonMobil, as a fuels and fuels quality expert for over two decades. His expertise covers the distribution of fuels, quality assurance procedures and assessments, specifications, and product quality incident investigations and mitigation.

 

He has developed compliance plans for all of the EPA fuels regulations dating back to the introduction of unleaded gasolines in the 1970s. Gardner remains one of the industry’s foremost experts regarding those regulations.

 

He has been an active member of ASTM for over 20 years and has influenced the direction of specification changes. With this body of knowledge, Gardner has been an effective advocate for regulatory changes as well as a valuable expert witness in a number of legal cases.
